FOR ALL RETURNS PLEASE EMAIL HOLA@LITTLETIENDA.COM.AU AND BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE NAME THAT YOU MADE YOUR ORDER WITH, ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN. WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN SLIP ONCE RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED.

• Items must be returned in 7 days of the date you received the item, International within 14 days. 
• As per our T&C’s, all full priced items are eligible for an online credit note ONLY. 
• Final Sale and Sale section items may not be returned nor exchanged.
• We only offer refunds on faulty items

If you require an exchange in size or colour, please note it will be subject to the availability of the item once the return is received and you have your credit note details. One you receive your credit note (valid for one year), you are able to repurchase online. Please note that we are unable to hold items wanted for exchange as our stock changes rapidly. Little Tienda is not responsible for items that have been damaged in transit or items that have not been received. We suggest using a satchel with a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
