By checking out, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. We encourage you to read them, as although we are a small business we are strict on our policy.
Please note, International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs and duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they nay be. Little Tienda cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case, Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abndoned, and Little Tienda will not be responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Pre-order products are often a limited product, and although we often encourage you to secure them, we also ask that you commit and are certain of your pre order. We do not take cancellations on pre orders or refunds prior to shipping. We also do not allow returns on made to order items. If you are purchasing outside of Australia and order other items at the same time as a pre-order/ made to order item, we will wait for the full order to be complete before shipping to you.

FOR ALL RETURNS PLEASE EMAIL HOLA@LITTLETIENDA.COM.AU AND BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE NAME THAT YOU MADE YOUR ORDER WITH, ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN. WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN SLIP ONCE RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED.
- Items must be returned in 7 days of the date you received the item, International within 14 days.
- As per our T&C’s, all full priced items and promotion offers (discount sale) are eligible for an online credit note ONLY.
- Final Sale and Sale items may not be returned nor exchanged.
- Seasonal Subscription Dresses are a made to order final sale item. Credit notes can not be used to purchase the Seasonal Subscription Dress.
- We only offer refunds on faulty items

One you receive your credit note (valid for one year), you are able to repurchase online. Please note that we are unable to hold items wanted for exchange as our stock changes rapidly. Little Tienda is not responsible for items that have been damaged in transit or items that have not been received. We suggest using a satchel with a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
