If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abndoned, and Little Tienda will not be responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

FOR ALL RETURNS PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM ENCLOSED IN YOUR ORDER AND BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE NAME THAT YOU MADE YOUR ORDER WITH.
Items must be returned in 7 days of the date you received the item, International within 14 days.
As per our T&C’s, all full priced items and promotion offers (discount sale) are eligible for an online credit note ONLY.
Final Sale and Sale section items may not be returned nor exchanged.
We only offer refunds on faulty items.
If you require an exchange in size or colour, please note it will be subject to the availability of the item once the return is received and you have your credit note details. One you receive your credit note, you are able to repurchase online. Please note that we are unable to hold items wanted for exchange as our stock changes rapidly. Little Tienda is not responsible for items that have been damaged in transit or items that have not been received. We suggest using a satchel with a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
