We will post within 2-3 days from your payment being completed. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. We post with Australia Post and use the Parcel Post satchels with tracking (allow up to 5-10 days for delivery).
We do not provide an invoice other than the one provided by PayPal. If a refund is required, we use PayPal for this transaction also.
We want you to come back to Little Tienda, so please contact us with any questions regarding your item. If your item is faulty then we will provide a refund of the product purchase price if it is returned to us within 7 days.
If you choose the wrong size (oops) please contact us and we can arrange for an exchange. Please contact me for sizing info if needed, it costs you extra if we get it wrong. The cost of postage is to be paid by the buyer... so lets try to get it right first time.
If you buy an item in a sale, we are happy to exchange but require you to please post a return postage paid self addressed satchel with the item you are returning so we can get you the new piece. IF YOU BUY FROM AN INSTAGRAM SALE - please note we can not exchange or return as these are heavily reduced pieces.
We can not promise that the same colour will be available in a different size, you will need to be patient with the hand made process or choose from the stock available.
