We post Tuesday and Thursday of every week. If you require an item by a certain date to time please contact as we are always happy to help out! For For domestic orders we ship with Australia Post. We express post all our orders. For International parcels we use DHL. Depending on your zone DHL deliver within 2 to 5 days with tracking all the way. 

Please note below...

Some orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Little Tienda cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Little Tienda will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. 

We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. 

We do not provide an invoice other than the one provided by PayPal as to reduce paper wastage. If a refund is required, we use PayPal for this transaction also.


We want you to come back to Little Tienda, so please contact us with any questions regarding your item. If your item is faulty then we will provide a refund of the product purchase price if it is returned to us within 7 days.

If you choose the wrong size (oops) please contact us (within 7days) and we can arrange for an exchange for the same item in the required size (if available) or from the stock available. Please contact us for sizing info if needed. We are happy to exchange but require you to please post a return postage paid self addressed satchel with the item you are returning so we can get you the new piece. Alternately we will provide a credit note for the store to be used at another time. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your end and in perfect condition.

During the months of November through to January we will only provide Credit Notes for exchanges as this is our peak period, thanks for your understanding.
