We post Tuesday and Thursday of every week, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us. We post with Australia Post and use the Parcel Post satchels with tracking (allow up to 5-10 days for delivery within Australia and 2-3weeks international). International customers are responsible for duties and customs charges in their country. Please contact your local customs office for threshold limits in your area.

We do not provide an invoice other than the one provided by PayPal. If a refund is required, we use PayPal for this transaction also.


We want you to come back to Little Tienda, so please contact us with any questions regarding your item. If your item is faulty then we will provide a refund of the product purchase price if it is returned to us within 7 days.

If you choose the wrong size (oops) please contact us (within 7days) and we can arrange for an exchange for the same item in the required size or from the stock available. Please contact us for sizing info if needed, it costs you extra if we get it wrong. We are happy to exchange but require you to please post a return postage paid self addressed satchel with the item you are returning so we can get you the new piece. Alternately we will provide a credit note for the store to be used at another time.
